Position Overview

As the Regional Portfolio Supervisor, you will provide strategic oversight for multiple properties, lead teams of Property Managers, and drive operational excellence. Your role will ensure compliance with company policies, optimize financial performance, and implement innovative property management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

Recruit, train, and mentor Property Managers to drive performance and uphold company standards.
Foster a culture of accountability, communication, and excellence among onsite teams.
Implement policies and procedures to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.

Resident Satisfaction & Customer Service

Oversee customer service policies and ensure best practices in resident relations.

Address and resolve resident concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Monitor resident retention strategies to maintain high occupancy rates.

Property Operations & Maintenance

Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high-quality standards.

Collaborate with vendors and contractors to oversee property improvements and maintenance projects.

Develop action plans to enhance property conditions and operational performance.

Financial & Business Strategy

Prepare and monitor operational budgets, leasing plans, and capital improvement projects.

Analyze financial performance and implement corrective actions to meet revenue goals.

Identify and develop new business opportunities, including fee management services.

Compliance & Reporting

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and financial objectives.

Provide regular performance reports to executive leadership and stakeholders.

Stay ahead of market trends and industry innovations to improve operational efficiency.

What They're Looking For

5 years of experience in multifamily property management or regional portfolio supervision.

Proven ability to lead teams, optimize financial performance, and drive operational success.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and strategic planning skills.

Experience with property budgeting, vendor negotiations, and customer service management.

50% travel required to oversee properties and meet with teams.
