Administrator, LNHA
This position requires that individual possess a NJ nursing home administrator license. LNHA is responsible to establish and maintain systems that are efficient and effective to operate the nursing home in a manner to safely meet residents needs in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
1. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is necessary. A degree in Public Administration or Business Administration, or a health-related degree is preferred but not required.
2. Must have, as a minimum, (2) years experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital or long-term care facility.
3. Must possess a current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator’s license or meet the licensure requirements of the State of New Jersey.
