What We’re Looking For:
RN Preferred; LVNs with strong leadership experience encouraged to apply
Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing home, or related healthcare facility
Active, unrestricted nursing license (LVN/RN) in Texas
Knowledgeable of long-term care regulations and best practices
CPR Certification required
Experience in staffing coordination and wound care is a plus!
Your Role as ADON:
Support the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing operations.
Lead and mentor nursing staff to ensure compassionate, top-tier care for residents.
Participate in admissions, staff training, quality improvement (QAPI), and regulatory compliance.
Ensure proper staffing coordination, wound care management, infection control practices, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to enhance care outcomes.
Step in for the Director of Nursing as needed.
