SNI Companies has partnered with a unique manufacturing firm on the north side of downtown Austin for an Accounting Assistant that can hit the ground running in a fast paced environment.
Monday to Friday
$25.00-38.00 per hour

• Daily entering of vendor invoices into accounting system
• Entering of credit card transactions into accounting system – NetSuite (similar process as entering vendor invoices)
• Review of open PO’s in accounting system and checking on status of invoices for goods received
• Responding to vendor and employee emails asking questions or updates on invoice payment
BS / BA in Accounting / Finance a plus
Excellent problem solving, organizational, and written and oral communication skills.
High degree of ethics and integrity.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong Excel spreadsheet skills
Must pass National and Federal background check and drug screening
