SNI has teamed with a valued client in South Denver on a temporary-to-hire AP Specialist opportunity. The AP Specialist will work on a small team that blends with the AR and Payroll departments. The AP Specialist will work in a hybrid role.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications :
- The AP Specialist should have a minimum of 5 years of AP experience.
- The AP Specialist will be responsible for handling a weekly check run along with have strong 3 way matching skills.
- The AP Specialist must be comfortable working on a tight-knit team.
- The AP Specialist must place tremendous emphasis on accuracy and helping with year-end 1099's.
- The AP Specialist will be responsible for overseeing AP duties along with managing the payment process.
- The AP Specialist will be responsible for maintaining AP files and preparing month-end documents.
Compensation and Benefits :
