- Initiating and maintaining liaison with clients, estimators, project superintendents, and government entities.
- Determining labor loading and capacity requirements, creating cost, quality, and report metrics, and analyzing project profitability.
- Investigating potential time and material issues, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or other related fields.
- Minimum three to five years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial/site construction and civil/highway paving industries.
- Excellent business, analytical leadership, and communication skills.
- Exceptional scheduling (CPM), document control (P6), and cost estimating experience.
