Customer Account Coordinator

The Customer Account Coordinator manages the Order Management process, ensuring efficient order flow and timely shipment. This role requires multitasking, strong technical and organizational skills, and effective communication with internal teams and customers. The coordinator will collaborate with the Customer Account Manager and Sales team to develop and implement policies that enhance operational efficiency and align with company objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Process orders in alignment with customer ship windows while ensuring adherence to vendor compliance guidelines.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely order fulfillment and meet customer expectations.
- Collaborate with various internal teams (purchasing, accounting, inventory) to address order issues, manage deadlines, and ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate routing with customers' logistics teams, ensuring that shipping requirements are met.
- Track and report shipment status daily, identifying and addressing any issues proactively.
- Stay informed about changes to vendor compliance requirements to avoid chargebacks and ensure all orders are processed correctly.
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
