- Handling around 50-70 calls / day, depending on the volume of the season.
- Variation of inbound calls and responding to tickets / emails / live chats.
- Having a very low error margin when it comes to data input and information reporting. This is an essential position when it comes to students or medical professionals obtaining employment or getting admitted into schools.
- Being the first point of contact for most individuals, maintaining a stellar reputation.
