What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service Coordinator position at SNI Companies?
SNI Companies has partnered with a large oil and gas company in the north Midland area that is seeking a qualified Field Service Coordinator. This position will be responsible for coordinating all fleet and equipment including : maintenance, compliance, inventory, distribution, exchanges, accident repairs, logistics and coordination.
Essential Job Requirements
- Assess and maintain fleet truck inventory.
- Maintain fleet upkeep and coordinate maintenance.
- Embody a culture driven by safety and quality.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Manage maintenance contracts.
- Assess and maintain service log and maintenance cost.
- Serve as the primary contact for fuel cards, managing distribution, inventory, card access and statuses.
- Manages uniform inventory and serves as primary contact for distribution of PPE.
- Partner with EHSEQ, HR and Administration teams on onboarding and distribution of appropriate uniforms and equipment.
- Manages other company inventory as assigned, including tools and monitors.
- Other duties as assigned.
