- Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost savings, and quality.
- Manage production schedules, resources, and materials to meet goals.
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and supply chain efficiency .
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma).
- Develop and mentor teams, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
