Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies, has an immediate opening for a full-time Researcher / Customer Service position working in a professional office environment. Our client works with 2,500 government clients nationwide providing services to the collection of receivables. A summary of responsibilities include :
- Handling inbound and outbound phone responding to taxpayer inquiries
- Research homesteaded properties to verify the validity of granted exemptions.
- Update and maintain accurate records of all research and call activities.
- Provide support with other administrative tasks as assigned
