SNI Companies ha partnered with global manufacturing firm is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Houston finance team and support key strategic initiatives. This role will focus on financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis to drive data-backed decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Develop financial models, rolling forecasts, and scenario analyses to support business strategy.
- Lead the budgeting process, providing department- and region-specific reporting with insightful analysis.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business trends and opportunities.
- Prepare financial reports, including budget variance analyses, dashboards, and ad hoc reporting.
- Identify opportunities to enhance profitability, control costs, and improve operational efficiencies.
- Partner with sales, marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure financial alignment.
- Enhance data accuracy, streamline financial processes, and implement automation tools.
- Conduct in-depth financial and operational analyses to support leadership decisions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field.
- Industry experience in consumer goods, manufacturing, or retail is a plus.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) etc.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial insights for non-financial teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
