Title Clerk

SNI Companies has partnered with a renowned national financial services firm to enrich our dynamic team culture.

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday (no nights or weekends)
• 100% on-site location
• $19/hour starting rate

This fast-paced department is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support while working with title and loan documents.

Essential Duties:

• Review titles and notify customers of additional items required to complete their title work with the state
• Contact banks and other parties to follow up on titles being mailed and processed
• Answer customer questions related to current loan and title status
• Contact DMVs and banks to verify title and/or registration information
• Prepare title packages
• Collaborate with the team to prioritize daily output and assist with various projects
• Update systems to reflect the current status of titles and loans
• Receive, open, and distribute mail
• Perform other duties as assigned
