SNI Financial is looking to hire an Executive Recruiter for our accounting and finance team in West Hartford, CT! We need a strong relationship-builder with unsurpassed interpersonal skills that enjoys building relationships. If you’ve been described as “never met a stranger” or “could talk to a wall” that’s a great start!
In this role, connections are key. You’ll spend your day talking with Accounting & Finance professionals about their career goals and matching them with our clients. This looks like emails, texts, calls, meeting with candidates, and networking.
Job Requirements :
- 2 years of experience in recruiting, public accounting, and / or corporate accounting preferred
- Proactive, driven, smart, fast learner, and organized
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Bullhorn and / or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
