Operations Director

SNI has teamed with a valued client on a search for a Operations Director. The Operations Director will work to expand the wholesale distribution of a private label brand to a wide network of new clientele.

Key Responsibilities :

• The Operations Director will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy to derive new business.
• The Operations Director must have agriculture sales and operations experience.
• The Operations Director must possess high end negotiation and sales skills.
• The Operations Director will work to develop pricing and service contracts with new clients.
• The Operations Director will be responsible for sales trend analysis to improve marketing partnerships.
• The Operations Director will work with the supply chain team to help meet customer delivery requests.
• The Operations Director must possess a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of agriculture industry experience.

Compensation and Benefits :

The compensation for this position starts in the range of $160K. Insurance, and other benefit options that are offered include :
