SNI Companies is seeking to hire an Executive Recruiter to join our growing West Hartford SNI Financial team! This team specializes in placing senior level accounting & finance professionals. Recruiters will have the opportunity to learn how to manage the recruitment process from start to finish while enjoying uncapped commission and exciting incentives!
This is a great opportunity for a recent COLLEGE GRAD that has completed accounting and/or finance internships looking for a great work life balance along with six figure incomes!

Day to day responsibilities of a Recruiter:
- Proactively source candidates by utilizing job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and cold calling.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and work with multiple hiring managers to fulfil their staffing needs.
- Manage the recruitment process with the candidates in your pipeline while delivering a excellent experience for the candidate throughout the interview and hiring process.
- Build SNI Financial's presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events.
