Key Responsibilities:

- Direct a team of Supervisors and Team Leaders in executing daily operations ">
- Ensure effective implementation of inbound and outbound procedures ">
- Plan and monitor daily work activities to meet customer delivery commitments ">
- Take ownership of the operation to ensure adherence to corporate procedures and policies ">
Requirements:
">The successful candidate will possess:

- 3-5 years' experience in Logistics and Transportation, preferably from a third-party logistics environment ">
- Strong working knowledge of WMS/ERP systems ">
- Comprehensive understanding of full supply chain and logistics functions ">
- Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA and general Health and Safety principles ">
- Proficient with MS Office: Excel, Word, and Access ">
- Ability to lead in a team environment and apply solid leadership skills ">
- Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure ">
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels within an organization ">
