Account Manager - Insurance
SNI Companies is looking for a driven and licensed 220 Insurance agent to manage and retain our personal lines book of business while delivering exceptional service to our valued clients. This role is integral to maintaining client satisfaction, growing the book through cross-selling and referral opportunities, and supporting agency operations as part of a small, dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities :
Account Management & Retention :
Maintain and service the existing personal lines book of business, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through proactive communication and outstanding service.
Business Growth :
Identify and seize opportunities to grow the personal lines book of business through referrals and cross-selling to existing customers.
Collaborate with the team to pursue new business opportunities aligned with agency goals.
Agency Support :
Assist in fielding incoming calls, emails, and business requests (e.g., certificates of insurance and mortgage company inquiries) with prompt and professional responses.
Qualifications :
Active 220 Insurance License (required).
Proven success in selling personal lines insurance products and services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and loyalty with clients.
Demonstrated ability to identify and act on new business opportunities through cross-selling and referrals.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficient with insurance management systems and standard office software.
