SNI Technologies is seeking to add a new Endpoint Analyst to join the Endpoint team. The primary responsibly is software packing, machine imaging, patching, endpoint hardware and software selection/roadmap/vetting, application control, browser security and software license management.

- Provide escalation support to desktop and mobile support for complex problems on endpoints
- Administer and maintain Endpoint technologies, patch management, Scripting, Software Packaging and Deployment, Software Inventory, Hardware Inventory, License Management, Endpoint Imaging, Group Policy Management.
- Maintain test plans to ensure agency systems remain in compliance with known requirements/industry best practices
- Maintain network, data flow and/or business logic diagrams using Visio or similar software
- Review systems and infrastructure to ensure that they meet industry recognized best practice(s)
- Assist IT Compliance Team to ensure compliance with governing agencies
- Provide 24x7 on-call support for Endpoint Engineering Team on a rotational basis
- 3-5 years prior relevant experience
- 3 years prior experience in IT; 2 year of experience in supporting endpoint devices
- Experience executing IT projects with some oversight
- 2 years of experience understanding, interpreting and implemented IT security best practices; NIST, CIS Benchmarks, etc.
- Attention to details; ability to identify and clarify issues and communicate effectively to team members and management
- Multiple basic level IT certifications are a
