Title: IT Operations Engineering Manager
Location: onsite - Colorado Springs, CO metro
Pay Rate: $32.75 - $38.50/hr.

The IT Operations Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading, organizing, and managing the Engineering team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as previous experience meeting with senior IT staff to help define, solve and implement technology solutions within a timely manner across multiple departments/locations is a must.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 6 years combined experience in technical support, IT Systems administration, backups, data protection, emergency recovery, O365, Azure, and Project Management
- Under limited supervision, develop and execute detailed technical designs, specifications, and architectural plans for new technology
- Create test plans; test and validate functionality, management, and performance for existing & new technologies
- Supports deployment of new services, systems, and architectures with installation, configuration, integration, evaluation, testing, documentation, and training
- Partner with change management processes for impact identification, technology validation, MOP creation, and execution of activities
- Provides technical operations support and consultation to technical teams
- 6 years combined experience in technical engineering, process development and technical operations and management
- Proven problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Requires working knowledge of current technology needs within a large organization
- Microsoft certifications a plus
- Strong background in O365, and Azure
- CompTIA Project preferred
- Excellent collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout the organization.
- 3 year experience developing and maintaining detailed system designs and documentation
- 3 year experience in technical troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Proven process improvement and documentation skills
- Good understanding of network topologies, DNS, DHCP, Windows and Mac environments
- IT Department structure and planning experience within a multi-site international organization as it relates to defining and providing organizational solutions
- Ability to understand complex hardware and software systems and workflows
- Outstanding Project Management, documentation, follow-through, problem solving skills, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain and organize broadcast program libraries in accordance with industry standards
Salary : $33 - $39
