PowerBI Developer Job Summary We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented PowerBI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing/developing/deploying interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft PowerBI. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements as well. Responsibilities Development/Reporting:

• Design and develop visually appealing and interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using PowerBI.


• Connect, clean, transform, and model data from various sources to create efficient and scalable data solutions.


• Implement row-level security (RLS) and other data governance practices in PowerBI.


• Develop and maintain data pipelines, datasets, and dataflows to support reporting needs.


• Optimize Power BI reports for performance and usability.

Support/Maintenance:

• Monitor and troubleshoot PowerBI solutions to ensure reliability and performance.


• Provide support and training to end-users on PowerBI tools and dashboards.


• Stay updated on PowerBI and related technologies to recommend and implement improvements.

Collaboration/Requirement Gathering:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document reporting requirements.


• Translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring clarity and alignment.


• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and other teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Documentation/Support:

• Create/maintain technical documentation, including data models, workflows, and user guides.


• Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and quality standards.


• Respond to outages as needed.

Qualifications Technical Skills:

• 3 years of experience in PowerBI, including Power Query, DAX, and PowerBI Service.


• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.


• Experience with relational databases and SQL for data extraction and manipulation.


• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, etc.) is a plus.


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
