- Master Builder: Lead the development and refinement of test strategies, processes, and standards, both manual and automated. You'll shape the future of our quality practices.

- Ability to comprehend and apply diverse testing methodologies and frameworks.
- Leadership experience and a passion for mentoring and developing others.
- Aptitude for problem identification and resolution within an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience is welcomed.
