- Plus 3 years of related experience.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
- Ability to learn and work in various software products such as Biz Library.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to work in an environment where interruptions occur frequently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Background in basic graphic design for creating training announcements.
- Experience in report exporting, writing, and maintenance.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and maintaining the events calendar.
- Create and effectively maintain electronic files.
- Assist employees with registration for professional development opportunities.
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
- Support department operations by organizing supplies and office logistics.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Assist in event planning, coordination, and execution as needed.
- Handle general customer service inquiries and provide basic troubleshooting support.
- Support the department with monitoring expenditures and budget.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team’s objectives.
