SNI Technology’s client located in Greeley, CO is immediately seeking to hire a Student Services Specialist II, Financial Aid, for an exciting 6-month contract opportunity. This full-time position is expected to be 40 hours per week working 100% onsite and paying $23.22 hourly during the contract duration of the assignment. The estimated duration for this assignment is 6 months.

Familiarity with student services, financial aid functionality within student systems, and prior Staff Executive experience in a higher education setting are highly desirable. The individual in this role will work closely with the Financial Aid leadership team and assist with various administrative tasks, student interactions, and system-related responsibilities.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Follow prescribed steps and guidelines to process documents and reports utilizing MS Office applications, Google Suite, and specifically Excel.
- Verify accuracy and completeness of information, entering data into the Workday system.
- Provide administrative support to Financial Aid leadership, including scheduling meetings, reserving rooms, preparing and sending correspondence, and maintaining calendars.
- Attend meetings, take meeting minutes, and post meeting minutes as required.
- Arrange travel according to institutional procedures.
- Maintain high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Workday, and other related software.
- Assist in daily operations with student employment, including completing reports, posting awards, and assisting students with the hiring process.
- Support students throughout the FAFSA/CASFA process from start to finish.
- Respond to student and staff inquiries via phone or department emails.
- Provide support for additional financial aid functions as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree, plus three (3) years of experience maintaining record systems or other related experience.
- No degree, plus five (5) years of experience maintaining record systems or other related experience.
- Strong professional demeanor and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Effective oral and written communication with diverse constituencies.
- Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
