Snider-Blake Personnel is seeking motivated and experienced Bilingual Line Leads to join our dynamic team in Milford, OH. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and motivating your team to achieve production goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates, including training, coaching, and performance management.
- Monitor daily production schedules and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) a plus.
