Entry-Level Maintenance Technician

Snider-Blake is in need of a Maintenance Technician that is knowledgeable and experienced in repairing, troubleshooting and testing procedures accurately and consistently. Must be able to work independently without continual direct supervision. Must be able to work with hands to install new equipment and be able to perform multiple tasks through the entirety of the shift. If you are interested in the position, please submit your resume.

· Shift Times: 1st shift, 5A-1P M-F

Responsibilities Include:

• Cleaning & Organizing – Keeping work areas, tools, and equipment clean.
• Fetching Tools & Supplies – Bringing needed tools and materials to technicians.
• Basic Repairs Assistance – Holding, lifting, or passing items during repairs.
• Trash & Debris Removal – Disposing of waste and maintaining a tidy workspace.
• Simple Tasks – Changing light bulbs, tightening screws, or replacing air filters.
• Following Safety Rules – Wearing protective gear and following workplace safety guidelines.
• Learning & Observing – Watching skilled workers and gaining hands-on experience.
• Moving Materials – Transporting parts, tools, or equipment as needed.
• Minor Groundskeeping – Sweeping, mopping, or light outdoor maintenance.
• Other Basic Duties – Helping with any additional tasks assigned by the team.
