Duties
- Conduct quality audits to assess compliance with established standards and procedures.
- Utilize Calypso software for measurement data analysis and reporting.
- Perform inspections using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and other precision measuring instruments.
- Analyze inspection results and document findings accurately.
- Implement HACCP principles to ensure product safety and quality.
- Operate vision inspection systems for automated quality checks.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and non-conformances.
Experience
- Proven experience in quality control or inspection roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments and coordinate measuring machines.
- Experience with quality audit processes and documentation is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
