Job Overview
We are seeking a Computer Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and possess the skills necessary to diagnose and repair various computer systems and equipment.
Duties
- Perform hardware and software troubleshooting on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Repair and maintain computer equipment including hardware upgrades
- Install and configure operating systems such as Windows, iOS, and Android
- Utilize hand tools for equipment repair and soldering when needed
- Analyze technical issues to provide effective solutions
- Assist customers with retail sales inquiries related to computer products
Qualifications
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
- Experience with equipment repair, including soldering skills
- Knowledge of Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems
- Familiarity with mobile devices and their functionalities
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot technical problems effectively
- Previous experience in retail sales is a plus
Data Entry, Computer knowledge, ability to lift up to 50lbs, detailed oriented and accuracy.
Production Line: understanding of computer technology – BIOS settings and etc. Testing equipment.
Warehouse: picking orders and packing up small packages as well as handling freight orders, using a shrink wrapper and bander.
Teardown: knowledge of Memory and CPU removal. Able to lift up to 50lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
