Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production processes. The Technician will be responsible for fabricating and packaging products while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Duties
- Operate machinery and equipment for packaging and fabrication processes.
- Perform materials handling tasks, ensuring proper storage and movement of materials within the facility.
- Utilize forklift equipment safely and efficiently to transport materials as needed.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) in all aspects of production.
- Conduct machining tasks as required, including setup, operation, and maintenance of machinery.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse or laboratory environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize production workflows.
Experience
- Previous experience in a technician role or similar position is preferred.
- Familiarity with package fabrication techniques and materials handling procedures is advantageous.
- Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment is required.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices and CGMP standards is a plus.
- Proficiency in machining processes will be beneficial for this role.
- Ability to work effectively in both warehouse and laboratory settings, demonstrating flexibility in tasks.
