Quality Packer:
Snider-Blake in partnership with one of the world's most favored computer software companies is seeking Quality Control Technicians!
Job Overview:
The Quality Technician is responsible to perform product and process audits to monitor and report part performance; evaluate supplier product; monitor containment activities for supplier and customer issues.
Design and execute systems to check for issues Document test cases Perform and document risk analysis Record test progress and results Code automated tests Create test plans Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness.
Examine shipment contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy. Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock. Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, or shipping orders, to route materials.
- Creating and running tests
- Identifying errors
- Providing feedback to ensure a final product meets quality standards
- Inspecting products at different phases of development
- Designing and implementing tests for software applications
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform process audits of manufacturing
- Perform LPAs
- Perform product audits
- Perform supplier product audits (inbound inspection)
- Collect part data (QIS)
- Generates and shares defect data reports as assigned
- Support & train production on quality criteria
- Collects data for supplier problems
- Review & authorize supplier rejects
- Define containment plans for supplier issues; monitor containment activity for customer issues Execute reaction plans for nonconforming results

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated; ability to work with teams in different facilities
- Problem solving skills
- Computer skills required to execute assigned systems/tools
- Microsoft Office and Google Drive
- WMS
Education/Training:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3-5 years manufacturing or QC experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
