Job Title: Crown Reach Truck Operator
Duties:
- Operate a Crown Reach Truck to move, stack, and retrieve materials
- Replenishment and Inventory
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets
- Safely transport materials within the warehouse or production area
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the forklift and report any issues
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and shipping/receiving teams to fulfill orders
Experience:
- Previous experience operating a Crown Reach Truck.
- Proficient in using order pickers, pallet jacks, hi-lo, and other material handling equipment
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety procedures for forklift operation
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with the forklift
- Ability to load and unload materials of various sizes and weights
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory management
Requirements:
- Valid forklift operator certification/license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors
- Reliable transportation to commute to the workplace
