Snider Fleet Solutions is one of the largest commercial tire dealers and retread service providers in the nation. The Commercial SVC Warehouse Technician is responsible for the safety, efficiency, and completion of any day-to-day warehouse tasks. The ideal candidate will have a stable work history, at least 2 years of commercial tire experience (mount/dismount various sizes and types of tires - preferably commercial), a clean driving record, and the ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old and have a clean driving record
- 2 years tire experience (MUST have at least some commercial and heavy duty tire)
- Commercial TIA certification preferred (or within 6 months of employment)
- Forklift certification, obtained after employment.
Responsibilities:
- Mount and dismount various sized commercial tires, utilizing the mount/dismount machine, T45A Tire Iron/Spoon Bar, and or the Golden Tool.
- Accurately load and unload all tire shipments and assist warehouse supervisor.
- Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with the efficiency and flow of warehouse inventory.
- ssist the Warehouse Supervisor with all monthly inventory audits.
- Responsible for writing up and barcoding customer and stock tires.
- Assist with the scrap out analysis process for Snider customers.
- In charge of and accounting for wheels being submitted for reconditioning.
- Assist with counting and reconciling monthly retread inventory.
- Assist Warehouse Supervisor with running monthly retread reports.
- May be required to assist route driver with customer pickups and deliveries.
- Follow all safety rules, wear proper PPE and demonstrate safety conscious mindset.
- Demonstrate excellent attendance, show up to work on time and in the correct uniform.
- Adheres to all policies, procedures and values of Snider Fleet Solutions.
Skills and Abilities:
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate service equipment
- Excellent customer service, communication skills, and high level of attention to detail
- Follow safety protocols and company policies
- Ability to work a rotating, on call schedule to include nights and weekend shifts
- Pass background check and drug screen
