We are currently seeking a team member who believes in the extra mile philosophy to fulfill our Reporting Analyst role.
The Reporting Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to support business decision-making processes. They will play a crucial role in providing accurate and timely reports to various stakeholders, including management, executives, and other departments. The Reporting Analyst collaborates with different teams to understand reporting requirements, design data models, and develops reporting solutions that provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and metrics.
What Youll Do on a Typical Day:
Gather data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and software systems
Analyze and validate data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data analysis to support business objectives
Perform ad-hoc analysis and deep dive into specific areas as required
Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using reporting tools and software
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable reports
Automate report generation process to ensure timely delivery of reports
Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics aligned with business goals
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive informed decision-making
Establish and enforce data quality standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reports
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their reporting needs and provide data-driven solutions
Communicate complex data findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner
This position is based at the companys corporate office. The majority of this position will consist of normal office tasks and interaction amongst peers and Snider branches. Overnight and out of market travel to other Snider locations and customers is less than 25%. When traveling to Snider locations, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts/equipment, fumes, or airborne particles, and the noise level is usually moderate to high.

Education or Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science or Finance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies
Experience in data modeling, report development, and data visualization.
Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.
Familiarity with database concepts and query languages.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey data insights to stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong business acumen and understanding of key business processes.
Experience with programming languages and statistical analysis is a plus.
