What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Lead position at SniderBlake?
Snider-Blake is in need of a Production Lead for our client in the Bedford Heights area. The Production Lead will understand all aspects of the companies products and processes. They will be able to monitor the flow of the department and make improvements. This role is made to improve the companies overall inspection process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervises production and associates
- Certify packages for customers
- Inspect outgoing shipments
- Ability to use Calibrated Measuring Equipment (calipers, micrometers, etc)
- Identifies nonconforming products
- Material handling
- Assist Sales and Purchasing departments
- Learns and retains all company policies and procedures
Desired Skills:
- Math Comprehension including measurement parameters
- Written/Verbal Communication skills
- Basic Computer/Office/Email skills
- Needs prior Inspection Experience
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Knowledge of measuring and inspection equipment
