Snip-its Haircuts for Kids is a one-of-a-kind salon experience designed just for children! We're on a mission to make every haircut magical, fun, and stress-free—for both kids and parents. Our stylists are not only trained professionals—they're entertainers, child whisperers, and haircut heroes.
We’re looking for energetic, licensed cosmetologists who love working with children and want to be part of a positive, playful, and fast-paced environment.
Pay & Perks:

What You’ll Do:
- Provide quality, kid-friendly haircuts and styling services
- Make each child feel comfortable, confident, and happy during their visit
- Use games, stories, and distractions to create a fun and engaging experience
- Maintain a productivity goal of 3 cuts per hour
- Educate parents on hair care and promote Snip-its hair products
- Promote special services like spa packages, parties, and upgrades
- Keep work areas and the salon clean, safe, and organized
- Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines
- Participate in local events and in-salon marketing promotions
- Arrive early and stay prepared to deliver top-notch service
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid cosmetology license (must be present at work)
- Love for working with children and delivering excellent service
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and strong communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and professional appearance
- Willingness to learn, grow, and have fun!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
