At the time of posting this job, the hiring range for this position non-exempt is between $80,000 and $85,000 annually. Final salary decisions are made based upon the extent and relatedness of the candidate's education and experience and considering internal equity and external market factors.

This role will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to deliver exceptional results within specified deadlines
Primary Responsibilities:
Visual Media Project Management:
- Coordinate photography calendar and ongoing needs in partnership with broader Communications team
- Proactive outreach to project partners ahead of photography to confirm participation/cost-sharing
- Lead photography planning in collaboration with project teams, from initial planning discussions through delivery of final assets
- Act as primary point of contact for client/property management team, photographer, and external partners
- Lead coordination of staging, models, and other needs with interior and external partners
- When required, represent the firm professionally to our clients, partners, and the public during photography and videography shoots.
- Coordinate all estimates and invoices, ensuring timely sharing with Accounts Payable and tracking against budget
- Support external requests for videography of the office, team members, and projects
- Support quarterly staff headshot logistics and coordination, including room set-up
- Support storyboarding for videography initiatives
- Using phone or office equipment, capture additional images/footage within existing guidelines for social media use
- Oversee and improve Marketing processes around photography planning
- Maintain a database of photographers, including tracking recommendations from team members and PR firm and researching new photographers, videographers, and drone operators
- Regularly audit photographers used by peer firms and target media outlets
- Research external talent agencies for staffing non-residential photoshoots
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Journalism, English, or closely related field
- 2 years of photoshoot coordination, project management, architectural marketing, or equivalent experience in a related field
- Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign) for light photo editing and layout creation
- Familiarity with social media content trends and tools for optimizing imagery and video across platform, as well as ongoing interest in engaging with new developments
- Experience with project management tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, Trello) for tracking multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of photography and videography production processes, including planning, staging, and post-production
- Knowledge of project management principles, particularly for creative and marketing-related projects
- Awareness of branding and visual storytelling to align photography with organizational goals
- Experience with vendor management (photographers, videographers, talent agencies)
- Basic understanding of budgeting and invoicing processes for photography projects
