With luxury residential, commercial, and community-based projects throughout the mountain west, and beyond.POSITION SUMMARYWe are seeking an Interior Designer to design High-end luxury residential projects.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESServes as an integral part of the overall design teamManages interiors projects from schematic design through construction administrationWorks with the architectural team to manage client, schedule, and budgetResponsible for casework design including shop drawings, organization and deliveryLeads overall design including architectural designs, millwork, furniture selection, fabric selections, lighting design, etc.Manages specifications, purchasing, scheduling, and installationPrepares client proposals, presentation boards (physical and digital), estimates, and scopes of workExpected to work independently to advance projects to meet schedule and budget, with minimum oversightAssists with firm marketing efforts including award submittals, Request for Proposals, awards presentations, project narratives, attending events, etc.Expected to alert management / owner with critical issues, client schedule concerns, budget concerns, ethical concerns or policy mattersExpected to research technical guidance on unusual or complex issues and supervisory approval on proposed project plansREQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCEBachelor degree in Interior Design preferred3 or more years of professional interior design experienceProficient in CAD systems (Revit preferred), InDesign, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office SuiteProficient in hand drawingPERSONAL ATTRIBUTESHighly collaborative by nature, with the willingness to approach every project with creativityAn innate desire to produce meaningful work with strong design skillsA Detail and task-oriented work manner with a passion for excellencePro-active and dynamic in their skills and leadership#J-18808-Ljbffr
