SNL Painting Company, an established, progressive and growing residential and commercial painting contractor in St Charles, Missouri and the surrounding areas is now accepting applications for a focused, organized, and driven individual to join our team. Full-time opening. Target start date is February 1st or before.

ABOUT THE JOB - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Phase 1 : To manage the day to day operations of SNL Painting Company.
This will include : Project Management :
Deliver an exceptional customer experience through effective project planning and execution including daily schedule management, field and customer communication, and other logistics required.
Liaison between the customer and the technician
Handle any client complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
Supervise projects internally understanding and monitoring scopes, change orders, efficiency, and budget to actual KPI’s.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with customers and / or employees.
Monitor and improve operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction, and profit.
Ensure that all safety regulations and protocols are strictly adhered to.
Team Hiring and Management :
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of employees.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
General Oversight
Provide general oversight of our 3rd party marketing and HR contractors.
Phase 2 : Future Responsibilities :
A great candidate will be asked to add the following responsibilities in the future.(1 year or beyond)
Strategic Planning :
Participate in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve the company’s goals and objectives.
Collaborate with the management team to align business strategies with operational capabilities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Business Development :
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities that align with the company vision.
Participate in business development efforts to secure new contracts and projects.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS :
Project management or operations experience of a $1.5M company required.
Experience in the construction or the home improvement industry preferred.
Previous experience overseeing projects - timelines, resources needed, scheduling, etc.
We are a tech driven company…Cloud-based software, familiarity with and willingness to learn new technologies and applications.
Proven history at producing measurable results.
Ability to pass a background check.
DISC Assessment.
SCHEDULE :
Monday-Friday Typical hours are 7-5 depending on the season
In our location
Occasionally remote work is possible but not preferred.
COMPENSATION :
70,000-$90,000 including base and incentives obtainable in 1st year.
100,000 projected in the second year.
