Role Description
This is a full-time role at SNO Services. The Account Executive of Sourcing will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential service partners, negotiating contracts, and fostering strong relationships to build a reliable and efficient partner network. This individual will ensure compliance with onboarding policies and leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, and enhanced service delivery.
Qualifications
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills both in writing and speaking
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
- Strong willingness and ability to utilize technology effectively
- A background in critical thinking and sophisticated problem-solving techniques within pre-existing frameworks
- Project management, site work, snow and ice management, and knowledge of commercial exterior services are preferred
- An associate's degree or have over five years of experience in project management, sourcing / procurement, or a management role
