    Job Summary : We are seeking a Medical Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our clinic. In this role, you will :

  • Greet and assist patients with a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Manage patient check-ins efficiently, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Handle insurance verifications accurately to confirm patient eligibility and benefits before their appointments.
  • Pull patient records or gather new patient information as needed.
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide helpful responses to patient inquiries.
  • Ensure seamless communication between patients and our medical team by directing documentation via mail, fax, or phone to the appropriate parties.
  • Maintain organized medical records and ensure accurate documentation, playing a vital role in the flow of our practice.
  • Qualifications :

  • Strong customer service skills a positive attitude is key in our clinic.
  • Excellent organizational skills youll keep our front office running smoothly.
  • Meticulous attention to detail precision is critical when handling medical records and correspondence.
  • Experience in insurance verifications is preferred to ensure patients are properly covered.
  • Familiarity with basic computer programs such as the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Previous office experience is preferred but not required we value a willingness to learn!
