Basic Responsibilities
Successfully learn and provide basic technical and engineering services related to the design, maintenance, operations, improvements of and additions to the District’s facilities and systems in a technically sound, safe, timely, and cost-effective manner to enable the District to realize its goals and objectives. The Transmission and Standards Engineering department is seeking to hire an Engineer focused on planned maintenance for the transmission system. This includes planning and maintaining all line inspection records, finding and designing replacements for depreciated assets such as poles and switches, as well as regular maintenance of line equipment such as insulators, grounds and splices. Other duties will include planned capital work for system improvement and / or expansion, customer relocations and line design in PLS-CADD.
Minimum Qualifications
Engineer I $88,816 to $111,028 Annually
- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering related field
Engineer II $99,473 - $124,342 Annually
Engineer III - $124,799 to $155,975 Annually
Minimum Qualifications
Professional Engineer - $156,523 to $195,655 Annually
Principal Engineer - $175,306 to $219,134 Annually
