- Shift: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- Paid Hours: 6.5 hours per day
- Lunch Break: 30-minutes unpaid break
- Calendar: ECP Mini Calendar, 117 work days; enjoy time office during spring break, winter break and summer, plus 9 paid holidays.
- Be at least eighteen years of age and hold a high school diploma or its equivalent, and meet one (1) of the following:
- Have received a qualifying score on the Education Testing Service (ETS) paraeducator assessment (https://www.ets.org/parapro)
- Hold an associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university
- Have earned 72 quarter credits or 48 semester credits at the 100 level or higher at an accredited college or university
- Upon hire, must complete the Fundamental Course of Study (FCS)-Paraeducator Certificate.
- Ability to meet the qualifications as listed on the job description for this position.

Job Summary: Under the direction of the Supervisor of the Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP), is responsible for applying general skills supporting the program's educational process. Specific responsibilities for this position are as described on the attached job description.
Special Duties: Float support between two part day programs.
Salary Range: $26.71 - $30.32 per hour (Paraeducator B) based on the 2024-25 Public School Employees Salary Schedule
Above pay rates do not include holiday and pay in lieu of vacation, which increases the hourly compensation.
