Not only will we fit you to your personalized sleep system to include your mattress, pillows, protectors & bases but we will help you optimize your sleep environment through advanced bedding technology, immersive sleep enhancers & therapies. We guarantee that our people, process & products will help you improve your sleep performance.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be passionate about helping customers find the right products to meet their needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and credit card processing.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is well-displayed and stocked.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Engage with customers to promote sales, upsell products, and encourage repeat business.

Skills

• Previous experience in Mattress sales is preferred BUT NOT required.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with customers.
• Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial transactions.
• Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively convey information to customers.
• Following our sales fundamentals.

The job will pay anywhere from $12-$14 per hour commission. Training will be given, and knowledge about all products will be thought after hire.
