Pay Rate : $13.00 / hr., After training : $30.25 / hr. (Average wage including tokes)
Shift : Class starts 03 / 15 / 2025 and normal days will be Wednesday through Sunday : 10am - 2pm or 2pm - 6pm
Position Type : Part-time (Up to 28 hours per week during training)
Table Games is offering paid training to become a Dealer I (basic dealer). Once the training is completed the team member will audition, and if successfully completed, begin dealing on the floor. The average annual salary for dealers with tokes is $62,000 - $70,000.
- Dealer I - Basic Dealer, Blackjack Only - $30.25 / hr. (Average wage including tokes)
- Dealer II - Baccarat or Roulette - $32.94 / hr. (Average wage including tokes)
- Dealer III - Baccarat & Roulette, or Craps or Dual Rate - $33.75 / hr. (Average wage including tokes)
- Dealer IV - All Games Dual Rate - $35.25 / hr. (Average wage including tokes)
PURPOSE
To deal assigned Table Game(s) in accordance with Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel’s Policies and Procedures.

Education and Experience :
Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel exercises Snoqualmie Tribal Member / Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions. The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I). DOT panel testing is required for the Driver position.
