PURPOSE
The Talent Acquisition Partner champions all aspects of full-cycle talent acquisition efforts for assigned departments including all facets of sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the face of Snoqualmie Casino for candidates, new hires, and internal Team Members; exemplify Snoqualmie Casino’s values and set a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism.
- Create a positive candidate experience while managing the candidate journey.
- Partner with hiring managers as their subject matter expert in talent acquisition processes and tools, including understanding their business and talent needs; develop and maintain a strong business acumen via job shadows and analysis.
- Post, manage, and track assigned internal and external job postings on Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and job boards.
- Determine candidate qualifications by interviewing candidates; analyzing responses; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Provide regular follow-ups with the respective hiring managers to ensure the timeliness of the talent acquisition process and communication; facilitate employment offers including negotiation of total compensation.
- Collaborate with Talent Development and management to promote a positive onboarding experience.
- Ensure organizational compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance and other standards.
- Assist HR leadership in development and implementation of strategic initiatives for acquiring talent in a multi-outlet organization, including strategies to create pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
- Actively participate in all talent-related activities and engage in cross-functional projects.
- Innovatively create & execute sourcing and assessment strategies.
- Execute talent sourcing tactics such as direct sourcing, database mining, networking, cold calling, university relations, industry events, hiring fairs, and social media (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of all protected information in accordance with the division’s policies and procedures, and in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Generate reports as needed to support the HR management team.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. An additional two (2) years of experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- Three (3) years of full-cycle talent acquisition/recruitment experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, organization.

PREFERRED
Education and Experience:
- One (1) year of full-cycle talent acquisition/recruitment experience in tourism, hospitality, or gaming.
- PHR (SPHR), AIRS, or SHRM-CP (SCP) certification.
- Experience with Paylocity HRIS.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter/Talent Solutions.
Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel exercises Snoqualmie Tribal Member/Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions. The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I). DOT panel testing is required for the Driver position.
