- Insurance: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, basic life insurance, and accidental death and dismemberment insurance provided the assignment is anticipated to work at least 630 hours per year.*

- Snoqualmie Valley School District benefits are administered by the Washington State Healthcare Authority (HCA) under the School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB). Eligibility for benefits is determined by the number of hours employees are anticipated to work during the school year (September 1 through August 31). Any employee who is scheduled to work 630 hours or more for SVSD in a school year, including substitute work, is eligible for benefits. Eligibility will be re-established at the start of each school year.

The Executive Assistant to the Superintendent & Board of Directors provides comprehensive administrative support to the Superintendent and the Board. This position requires a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational ability, as well as strong communication and technology skills. The Executive Assistant acts as a key liaison between the Superintendent, the Board, the Administrative Team, and the community, ensuring effective communication and operational efficiency.
