    Executive Assistant to the Superintendent - Non-Rep
    Anticipated start date: 6/19/25
    Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (includes two 15-minute paid breaks and one 30-minute unpaid meal break)
    Weekly working hours: 40
    Salary: $87,524 - $95,899 (Non-Represented Salary Schedule Salaried Employees 2024/25)

    Admin Assistant Non-rep:
    The Executive Assistant to the Superintendent & Board of Directors provides comprehensive administrative support to the Superintendent and the Board. This position requires a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational ability, as well as strong communication and technology skills. The Executive Assistant acts as a key liaison between the Superintendent, the Board, the Administrative Team, and the community, ensuring effective communication and operational efficiency.     • Insurance: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, basic life insurance, and accidental death and dismemberment insurance provided the assignment is anticipated to work at least 630 hours per year.*
    • Retirement Plans: This position is eligible for a 403(b) TSA Retirement Savings Plan.
    • Paid Holidays: This position may be eligible for up to 14 paid holidays per year. The number of holidays depends on the employee's start and end dates.
    • Paid Time Off: Non-Rep employees are assigned time off according to the SVSD Non-Rep Handbook.

    • Snoqualmie Valley School District benefits are administered by the Washington State Healthcare Authority (HCA) under the School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB). Eligibility for benefits is determined by the number of hours employees are anticipated to work during the school year (September 1 through August 31). Any employee who is scheduled to work 630 hours or more for SVSD in a school year, including substitute work, is eligible for benefits. Eligibility will be re-established at the start of each school year.
