What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Sales Representative position at Snorkel?
Duties: Responsible for processing customer requests for parts; entering sales orders, credit card processing, supporting web based applications, issuing and processing return authorizations, resolving customer complaints, following and expediting parts as required to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED. Previous customer service experience; knowledge of Snorkel products desired.
Other Qualifications: Self starter, ability to read technical drawings; computer literate with basic Word and Excel skill set, strong customer service ability.
