Barista

Job Title: Barista Part Time

Location: Portland, Pearl District

Shift: Thursday - Sunday(must be available on Sunday), 7 AM - 5 PM (Morning or Afternoon Shift)

Pay: $16 (depending on experience) Tips

We are looking for an experienced or non-experience barista to join our team in Pearl District! The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, fun drinks, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, specialty drinks, and food in accordance with established recipes and standards.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas.

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring a positive experience.

- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines and grinders.

- Assist with inventory management, including stocking and ordering supplies as needed.

- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products and work areas.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience preferred as a barista or in a similar role is plus.

- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, including espresso and latte art (plus).

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work the shifts between 7 AM to 5 PM (Sat-Sun).
