Venza Care is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team at Snow Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, residents, visitors, and staff, ensuring that everyone is greeted with warmth and professionalism.

Shift: Rotating Wed-Fri 4p-8p and Sat-Sun 10a-6p
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients, residents, visitors, and staff with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous manner.
- Provide facility tours as needed.
- Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Perform general clerical tasks, such as photocopying, faxing, and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Handle mail distribution, deliveries, and other front-desk responsibilities.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional patient care.
Qualifications:
- Prior receptionist or front office experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using office software and telephone systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
