Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $38.00-$40.00/hr based on experience
• Shift Differentials:
• Weekend Nights: $1.50
• Weekday Nights:$1.00

Shifts Available:

• Nights 12-hour shifts (Full-time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make daily rounds on assigned units to monitor regulatory compliance and observe residents.
• Perform physical assessments on new admissions and monitor changes in resident conditions.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust care plans to ensure the highest level of physical, social, and mental well-being.
• Administer medications and use medical equipment appropriately.
• Communicate effectively with residents, physicians, families, and other staff regarding resident care.
• Train, supervise, and mentor nursing staff to provide top-quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and services delivered.

Qualifications:

• Valid Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• At least one year of experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to supervise and mentor nursing personnel
• Commitment to high-quality care and resident well-being
